Why I want to help you get accepted to Dental School

I turned my PHD in World Religions (University of Southern California, 1995) into a celebration of diversity in dental school admissions, especially for applicants born in the Developing World who look forward to returning to their countries of origin to help with the great need that exists for new initiatives in oral health care for the masses of ordinary people, many if not most of whom have never seen a dentist. I do this because I see Jesus in the faces of poor children without adequate health care. Since finishing my own doctoral studies almost 20 years ago in religion, ethics, and liberation, I have dedicated my professional life to the study of what makes the Personal Statement or Statement of Purpose most effective, with special attention to dental school.

Having given most of my life to the study of the Developing World, I have been living in Cochabamba, Bolivia (the poorest country in South America) for the past six years, with my only child David, now turning 6. This is why the following sample of my work is one of my favorites, and exemplary of the kind of work that I most appreciate having the opportunity to perform, helping applicants to get accepted to advanced dental programs who will return to their countries of origin with the skills and resources that they acquire to help those back home who need them most.

Sample Manual Dexterity Essay for Dental School Application.

Describe any activities requiring manual dexterity (e.g. activities requiring hand-eye coordination such as cross-stitching, sewing, art, crafts, playing musical instruments, auto repair, etc.) at which you are proficient.

Since I was very young, I have enjoyed the intricate challenge of making jewelry with beads. I have made many necklaces, rings, and bracelets with small beads. The beads that I have worked with over the course of many years have gotten smaller as my agility, coordination, and practice have constantly improved. I have also enjoyed sewing and altering my own clothes, something which I began in high school. Last year, I made over 100 bracelets out of parachute cord to help raise funds for the Annual Chinese Culture Festival.

My hands are my tools and my art, where my soul lies, seeking expression through mastery of manipulation in small spaces. I feed on challenge and working intricately in small spaces appeals to my disposition and dedication to the cause of healing and pain alleviation.

Professional Personal Statements in Dentistry

I help dentists and students of dentistry from all over the world to be selected for admission to advanced education programs.  I weave your ethnicity, travels, language and professional experience into an eloquent portrayal of the best that you can be and the contributions that you look forward to making to the underserved. I especially enjoy working on behalf of those clients whose stated long term goals represent a significant contribution to the progressive enrichment of humanity, particularly with respect to the Developing World.

My service is quite different from other statement writing services on the Internet for applicants to dental school or advanced training in dentistry - for several reasons. I am the little guy on the web, not a big business like most of my competitors. You deal directly with me. I answer all of your questions completely free of charge and I am solely responsible for producing a statement that you are very pleased with.

Most of my clients are international dentists or applicants to dental school for whom English is a second language. Almost all are multilingual and many have extensive experience from outside the United States. Some are already dentists who have completed their training and already practiced dentistry in their country of origin; and now they are applying to Advanced Placement Programs leading to the DDS Degree for international dentists in America, Canada, England and Australia. Most of our clients also share an interest in serving the desperate need for extensive new initiatives in oral health care geared towards meeting the needs of societies’ most vulnerable sectors in the Developing World.

I am convinced that one’s ethnicity, language skills, and multicultural experiences need to be woven together in a most eloquent fashion in your Personal Statement, as interconnected themes that radiate throughout your admission essay. Your ethnic or racial background and international aptitudes are your greatest assets as an applicant, and they need to be carefully related to both your short and long term goals.

I do everything that I can to make your personal statement for dental school as effective as possible. After a careful review of your material, I ask you highly specific questions born from my many years of experience writing dental statements. I am a seasoned expert in dentistry application material; what is important to include, and what is not. I also have a great deal of practice at condensing a lot of material onto only 3 double-spaced pages (I like to think of it as brain surgery).
